Question: When using file explorer to preview documents, any .PDF document will not display in the preview panel. We can preview other types of documents, just not PDF. Answer: This is a known issue with ADOBE. You can find numerious post in the ADOBE Support Community. If ADOBE is installed on the same computer as the .PDF, it will not preview. You can access .PDF over the network from another computer, it will preview with no problems. Possible Work-Around: If your users need to have the newer version of ADOBE PRO, install an older version of acrobat, in our case it was adobe X standard. The preview panel works with older versions. Run a repair on the old version and then both versions of adobe are now displaying in the preview panel.
