Question: We have a central license server configured with multiple application host servers that are public facing, how can we connect the application host servers to the central license server. Answer: Since the servers are all public you cannot just use the name of the server like you would in a LAN. It requires a fully qualified domain name. Add a host record to the app server that is pointing to your central license server to the public IP. When getting a license for GO-Global that is set outside the network use the FQDN and create a DNS record.
