Answer: Before you uninstall your GO-Global Host, you can make backups of the following from the Host: C:\ProgramData\GraphOn\GO-Global (folder) DefaultWorkspaceProperties.xml HostProperties.xml [drive:]\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global\Licensing (folder) all activate *.lic files (if you are non-subscription) Registry Key: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GraphOn\GO-Global\AppServer\InstalledApps > right click and export this key Once you uninstall the GO-Global Host, remember to reboot. Once the host is backup, install the GO-Global host, replace your files and import your registry key back, then reboot the host server again
